Ooohh! This sounds wonderful! Put the kids down for a nap, sit the hubby in front of the tube…Now fill your tub with up warm water and drop the Big Blue Bath Bomb into your bath and lay back and imagine yourself drifting on soothing ocean waves, snorkeling at the seashore, or deep sea diving in a beautiful blue coral reef! Loose yourself in Big Blues refreshing fragrance of lavender and lemon, let your cares drift away like so many tiny bubbles!
It may not be the fountain of youth, but it’s close!

For the past few months I’ve had a terrible time concentrating, I’ve been easily distracted, easily confused and all around mentally exhausted. I found myself walking around in a daze, as if drugged, and no matter how much sleep I got the night before, I had no energy and was drooping by one o’clock. My formerly reliable periods began coming every three weeks and my PMS symptoms were also much worse than I’d ever experienced before. Then the hormonal migraines began and I was spending three and four days at a time with a continual headache!
Turns out I’ve been experiencing perimenopause, and like many women living in industrialized nations, I’m estrogen dominant. I did a bit of research and decided to try progesterone cream. After the very first treatment I felt complete relief! Amazingly, the fog lifted and I felt more energized. Best of all, I haven’t had a migraine since I began using the cream and my periods are even back to normal!
My husband worries me to death. His mother had diabetes and cancer and his father died of a heart attack. My husband is the youngest of five boys and the only one who hasn’t had at least one heart attack. He takes medication for his high blood pressure and pills for the cholesterol, he doesn’t smoke, seldom drinks, and I try very hard to help him keep his weight down…still, I know he’s at risk from the things he can’t do anything about, like his age and genetic predisposition for heart problems and diabetes.
I worry about our children too. My paternal grandfather died of Congestive Heart Failure, and my father has had a heart attack, so I keep a close eye out for any new scraps of information on prevention, symptoms and treatments. Needless to say, after I saw the Inside Cardiac Arrest website which provides vital information about cardiac arrest, I bookmarked it!
