I had a brief burst of energy tonight and I decided to leave the laundry, the dirty dishes, the soiled puppy pads, unmade bed, unmowed yard and unfinished dolls to check up on my blog.

The eldest of my three fabulous daughters has been filling in for me in past weeks, until that happy HAPPY day when I would be completely caught up with my job, home, pets and miscellaneous obligations (never gonna happen). It was kind of weird, once I logged in, I could barely remember how to do anything! Wouldn’t it be great if you could purchase physical energy and brainpower as easily as you can laptop memory?

Anyhoo, I rather doubt anyone has even missed me, the blogging world, like any fleeting fame, is a fickle food.
At any rate, I just popped in to say, hey…

Although I could be perfectly happy to never again go camping, I’d definitely want a tent like this one if I were going to go. The High Peak Endero 2500mm Waterproof Tent has room for 2 people and it’s suitable for all kinds of weather. I’m not sure who camps when the weather isn’t perfect, but it’s nice to know they make tents for those sorts of occasions. It’s also relatively affordable, at just $150.

I’m always a big fan of casual t-shirts, and this Peace: Back By Popular Demand Tee is no exception. From the picture, it looks like it would offer the perfect combination of a vibrant color and nice worn-in fabric (despite the fact that it’s obviously a new t-shirt).

It’s manufactured by Chaser for National Geographic, and their shirts are always extremely soft and perfectly tailored. At 26″ long, you’ll also find that this shirt offers plenty of rear coverage (for those of us who don’t like giving everyone a show each and every time we sit down).

Looking at the shirt, though, it’s a good thing they included the peace sign. Without it, you could easily fill in the blank with a lot of other things - affordable gas, cheap auto insurance, etc…

Ventana 6 Light Fixture Lamps

If I had a spare $580 lying around, I might just pick up one of these Ventana 6 Light Fixture Lamps. I don’t really need new lighting fixtures, but you have to admit that it looks awfully nice. The dark brown look makes it really versatile, and it’s not so modern that it’s going to be dated in a year or two.

What do you think? Is it crazy to spend almost $600 on a lighting fixture?

Manhattan Pistachio Leatherette Office Chair

I don’t really *need* a lot of office furniture, but when I saw this Manhattan Pistachio Leatherette Office Chair, I was in love. I actually saw a chair just like it (but a different color) at a hotel I was recently visiting. It seems like most modern-looking furniture is really uncomfortable, but the one I saw was extremely soft with great lower back support.

What do you think? Is the color just awful?
