Fickle Food

I was perusing the Vat 19 blog when I came upon what may be the most singularly icky jewelry I’ve ever seen! So naturally I had to go visit the Likkit site…(it’s like a train wreck, you CAN’T look away) Just thinking about wearing this around my neck, against my skin…ugh…ack… (oh…I think I just threw up a little in my mouth).
Each Likkit piece is crafted of a unnervingly realistic rubber tongue, with a sterling silver setting and either a chain or leather string. For an additional fee you can get piercings…I say go for it, if you’re going to wear a tongue you might as well embellish it!
If you’re the type who likes a whole lotta tongue, there’s the Jester.This lolling, lascivious tongue is 6 1/8 inches long by 2 1/4 inches wide.
